🔹 OTSA Automotive: International Women’s Day Сelebration 🔸 The automotive industry historically has been seen as a male-dominated workplace but it doesn’t mean there aren’t any women working here. Moreover, many of them are holding key positions and rock the automotive industry which can serve as an example of how to maximize in one place the talents of all genders. Women in OTSA are showing how a new spirit of collaboration can guide the path to a more inclusive future. We are happy to be the place for cultivating many successful female specialists: from engineers to strategists, marketers, and sales managers who become the leaders of our industry. There are countless examples of pioneering women in any industry who have struggled for visibility so we should commit and choose to challenge all existent inequality.
