Autoneum takes action for equality! In honor of International Women’s Day 2021, we invited our employees to show their dedication to gender equality by sending in a picture with one hand held high. However, promoting equal opportunities for everyone does not end with sharing some symbolic photos on social media. At Autoneum, we are continuously striving to build and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion: Among other things, we have committed ourselves to increasing the share of women in management positions to 30% by 2025 as part of our Advance Sustainability Strategy.
