This month, we celebrate Pam Fick's 37 year anniversary at L&L Products. Wow! What an honorable accomplishment. Pam has grown tremendously over the years, from her first role as a Production Technician (all thanks to a call made by grandma!) - to today, all the way to the Finance Department. She reflects back on her time here and how this team has become much like family. “The Finance Dept. had a team-building seminar many years ago. One of the exercises implemented was to ask each of us questions about another co-worker. I'm assuming it was meant to help us find out more about each other. The instructor said she had never seen a group of people that knew so much about each other!” Something truly unique about working at L&L that we pride ourselves on is the appreciation we make sure to show our employees. This is a sentiment that rings true with Pam: “The appreciation is shown to us in so many ways....great wages, profit sharing, award weeks, the best health insurance, awesome Christmas parties and picnics, celebration lunches and dinners, and much more.” When reflecting on all the years that have passed in a blink of an eye, Pam has some important advice for L&L newcomers - and we agree wholeheartedly! “Always do your best because you are now a part of one of the greatest teams (companies) around. Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Remember that this company is very generous but don't take that generosity for granted.” Let’s give another big congratulations to 37 years at L&L - and to many, many more!!! We are so incredibly lucky to know you and always grateful that you are a part of our team. #buildyourfuture
