At the time of writing this article we have 34 members of staff (office and management). The combined continuous length of employment is 264 years which is an average of over 8 years per member of staff. 13 of the 34 have over 10 years continuous service. We believe these figures demonstrate the company’s values work. It’s a testament to the Directors, Managers and all the staff that “people want to stay”
